Savannah grew up in foster care, often moving from one home to another and experiencing inconsistent and sometimes inadequate care. These early experiences left lasting challenges, but after aging out of the system and becoming a mother, she sought therapy to process and understand her childhood. Through this healing journey, Savannah has been able to reconnect with her biological parents and is working to build a healthy, supportive relationship with her family. Her focus is on creating a stable and loving environment for her child, ensuring they have the security, care, and consistency she often lacked growing up.

Play-Doh would be especially meaningful for Savannah and her son, as she hardly had toys growing up. It provides a fun and interactive way for them to play together while encouraging creativity, fine motor skills, and hands-on learning. This activity also allows her to teach and guide her son, fostering bonding and creating joyful, nurturing moments that she may not have experienced in her own childhood.
