Jaxon was sexually abused while in legal guardianship. He left and did not want to go back, and the legal guardians rescinded their guardianship. He is now a nonminor dependent living in transitional housing and has been applying for jobs. He is discouraged because he can only apply to local establishments due to his lack of transportation. He struggles with anxiety, making it difficult to take a bus.

Jaxon would love to have a bike as a means of transportation. Currently, he walks to the nearby food bank and for job interviews, but he would be able to get places much more quickly and efficiently if he had a bike. Jaxon is limited in the jobs he can apply for to the immediate surrounding area of his house. He would like to be able to apply to places a bit further away and a bike would help him be able to do that.
