Seren's parents were unable to care for her due to their mental health issues, so she was placed with her grandmother at birth. Seren has a passion for electronics and enjoys looking at the iPad. She loves to dress up and dance, often twirling around with joy. Currently, she is in a Head Start program but is experiencing some difficulties. Tests are being conducted to understand these challenges in light of her parents' mental health issues. Seren is very active and enjoys playing outdoors, especially at the park where she loves to swing and go down the slide.

Seren wants dress-up clothes for Christmas because she loves to dress up and dance around the house. This will give her more options and help her expend some extra energy.
