Nigel is the middle child among three siblings in foster care. He has made significant progress in his life. Previously, he faced many behavioral challenges and struggled academically, but now he is excelling. Nigel enjoys sports and video games and has a great sense of humor. He values his independence and prefers to do things on his own, taking great pride in his accomplishments. Nigel is becoming more active in the community, enjoying sports at the local YMCA, and hopes to play football when he starts high school next year. He is passionate about football and dreams of playing in the NFL, with the Washington Commanders being his favorite team.

Nigel outgrew his old pair of shoes and needs a new pair. He really would like a pair of Nikes. He shared that the clothes and shoes he is usually given make him feel less than his peers. A really nice pair of shoes that he gets to pick out will make him feel special and included.
