Lusciana's parents are both in prison, and she was placed in foster care at the age of three. While in foster care, she was separated from her siblings and moved to three different foster homes. At the age of five, she came to live with her aunt. Lusciana loves anything girly and is very outgoing; she enjoys nails and makeup. Currently, she is on an Individualized Education Program (IEP) and receives extra support in school. Plus, she loves to play soccer and is looking forward to playing in the spring.

Lusciana is asking for a scooter for Christmas. She wants one so she can ride with her siblings, with whom she has recently been placed. Having a scooter will provide her with an activity to share with them, helping to strengthen their bond. Additionally, it will encourage her to spend more time outside when the weather is nice.
