Simon is an extremely resilient young man. He has shown much fight and perseverance in beating the odds that were forced upon him. Simon has had to make adult decisions at an extremely young age. Despite the many adversities he has had to face, Simon refuses to allow his hardship defeat him. This year, Simon has made it a goal to conquer as many challenges as he possibly can. Although he knows he still has a lot of work to do, Simon is eager to tackle each obstacle one by one. When the time is right, he plans on using the challenges that he has overcome to one day inspire others.

Simon wishes to start working with youth who are in the same situation that he was in. He hopes to provide motivation and encouragement to keep moving forward positively, despite the odds they are currently facing.
