Her father was deported when she was just a few months old, leaving her without the opportunity to form a relationship with either parent. Despite these early challenges, Amanda is thriving and showing just how resilient she is. Amanda attends daycare, where she continues to grow and learn each day. She loves telling jokes, acting silly, and making those around her laugh. Amanda is a very smart, loving child whose joyful personality shines through in everything she does.

Amanda would like a bike helmet to help keep her safe while she rides. Wearing a helmet will allow caregivers to feel confident in encouraging her to ride, and it will help Amanda learn the importance of safety while enjoying outdoor play.
