Laci and her younger sister entered foster care in 2022 due to severe ongoing neglect and child endangerment. Since their placement, they have moved between several foster homes and are soon to be placed with a family member. Laci is bright, creative, and takes charge, with a cheeky sense of humor. She enjoys playing outside, posing for selfies, drawing, spending time in the park, watching videos, and reading. However, Laci's favorite activity is spending time with her younger sister, whom she affectionately calls "my other half."

There is no better feeling than being celebrated on your birthday! This wish will provide Laci with an extra surprise to open on their special day. Although their celebrations may look different this year, it will remind them that they are valued and remembered on this important occasion!
