Grace came into care due to her biological parents being unable to provide for her and due to substance exposure at birth. Though she is small, she is incredibly strong and has already shown remarkable resilience. Grace has several medical needs and requires close monitoring, but she faces every day with a sweet spirit and a smile that brightens the room. She loves cuddles, connection, and being held close. Grace is an inspiring little fighter who continues to grow, thrive, and show her strength with every milestone she meets.

Grace wishes for a little jacket to keep her comfortable on cooler days. A warm, snuggly jacket will help protect her from the weather while she’s out and about, wrapped in love and ready for new adventures.
