Carter is a sports fan but he especially loves basketball. He has been asking for a pair of Jordans for a while now. He says that he will wear them every time he watches basketball on tv to practice his moves and shots.
Carter is 12 years old and lives in TX
Carter came into care with his mother when he was one year old. Unfortunately, she decided to leave him in his foster placement to move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. He loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
