Thomas, who prefers to be called T.J., has a very difficult time in school. He is regularly bullied, as he is much smaller than other kids in his class, even though he tries his best just to be nice to everyone. He is so respectful and listens in school and was recently on the honor roll. Thomas knows that his family is not like others. He states that he prays every night that all will be OK.

Thomas wants a hoverboard so that he wont have to just walk to school. He wants to show off to the other kids who bully him all the time. This will also help him get rid of excess energy due to his ADHD.
