Scarlett is a young mother who has overcome many challenges. She was kicked out of her home as a teenager, and had periods of street homelessness and foster care. She finally got her own apartment at 19, where she lives with her vivacious little girl. Recently, Scarlett has also taken in her two younger sisters, aged 8 and 12, to keep them from living with strangers in the foster care system. Scarlett is a phenomenal mother, who has truly broken any perceived cycle of abuse. Her daughter is the light of her life, and the care she shows for her is clearly apparent.

Scarlett is an amazing mother to a bright and talkative daughter. Scarlett does not allow much screen time and did not previously feel the need to get a tablet for her daughter. However, during covid she is limited on activities they can do together. Scarlett learned about free educational apps such as PBS and would love a tablet to allow her daughter to access such games.
