Carter had to be removed from his home once again. This has been the third time. He has been exposed to so many things during this past time with his mom that has really scarred him. He left with only a small bag of clothes and a bag of shoes. All of his shoes were the same shoes he left with a year and a half a go. Carter now wears a 2.5 and all of his shoes are a size 1. He would like a get a couple pair of new schools. One pair for school and another pair for around the house.
Carter is 12 years old and lives in TX
Carter came into care with his mother at the age of 1 year old. Unfortunately, when she turned 18 years old, she decided to leave him in his foster placement and move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy. He loves to laugh and make others laugh as well. He likes to watch sports on tv, especially football. His favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy and leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
