Jamaya is currently 20 years old and is living on her own in her apartment. She works full time and also goes to school. She is very busy with school right now due to upcoming finals but she is excited for summer. She currently works at an animal hospital and does a lot of over night shifts. Jamaya is such a hard worker and is very driven. She has not seen her biological sisters in about 5 years and misses them a lot. She has asked if there is a way for her to communicate with them, such as phone minutes she can use so that she is able to call them.

Jamaya was asked to leave her foster home, a place she had been living for three years, the day after her high school graduation. Jamaya has been in foster care since she was two, but was with her maternal grandmother until she was 14. She has no relationship with any of her family. She graduated from high school and has enrolled in college. Jamaya is working at a clothing store in the mall, and she looks forward to her bright future.
