Foster Alumni MentorsSistina has an amazing story of perseverance and overcoming obstacles. She never gave up. She has always been a hard worker and did very well in college. She is now a stay-at-home mom, caring for her younger siblings that entered the foster care system as well as raising her own children. She has such a big heart and is always doing what she can for those around her. Sistina is such an ambitious, hard working leader and dreams of owning her own home one day.
It has been HOT here in Colorado and Sistina's swamp cooler unit has not been able to keep up with cooling their home down. She has asked for a window unit to help offset the heat this summer where there have been record breaking temperatures. This would help the family stay cool and not be miserable in the heat.
