A laptop for Mishyne to stay connected at his new placement

NJ DCFS - Monmouth CountyMishyne is the second oldest child of 7 kids. He is funny, loves to tell jokes and jump out and scare his siblings daily. He likes school and reading like his older brother and also loves playing sports. Mishyne has been watching all the classic basketball and football games on TV since current sports have been canceled. Mishyne wants to become a professional basketball player when he grows up.
Unfortunately, Mishyne's placement was disrupted and he is being placed over an hour away from home. Mishyne will not be in a traditional placement setting and will be in need of a laptop to stay in contact with his siblings, friends and to do school work. The school district is pushing back that they cannot provide him with a laptop but will allow him to do virtual learning since he will not be able to attend in person. A laptop is needed for education and to maintain some sense of normalcy during all of these transitions.
