Penny Lane CentersPenelope is a silly little girl with lots of energy. Penelope is in foster care with her two sisters. She is the oldest of the three. Her favorite game is hide and seek. Penelope is excited about starting head start soon so that she can leave the house and make friends.
Penelope would love princess dolls to play with and share with her sisters. Penelope does not like to play alone so she would like some new dolls so her sisters are excited to join in on the fun. Penelope will be most excited to have Ariel and Snow White dolls.
