The Homes for Children CorporationCarter entered foster care with his mother when he was just one year old, and she subsequently left him in his foster placement. He is a lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. Carter loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. His sweet nature leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Carter has been asking to learn sign language because he recently saw a cartoon where a child was signing to his parents. He is excited about learning a new language and wants to get some flash cards to help him learn a few words. This will be a great skill for him to have when he gets older.
