City Living NYCharleen lives in Manhattan in public housing. She loves to cook and spend time with her nieces and nephew. Charleen lost her mother at an early age, which caused her to enter the foster care system. Recently she suffered an extremely difficult loss, the passing of her grandmother.
Charleen is working hard a new job at Duane Reade but she was unemployed for a while and does not have any extra money for new winter boots. As the cold weather is coming, she would love a new pair of boots.
