A Laptop for Frederick to maintain virtual contact with his favorite sister

Frederick's sister has had to move from their resource home, and he misses her terribly. They connected over Minecraft, and he wants to be able to stay in touch with her. This laptop will allow Frederick to have Zoom sessions with his sister, and they can catch up on everything that is going on in their lives. They can also work on building houses together in Minecraft.
Frederick is 11 years old and lives in NJ
Frederick is a happy and computer game loving young man. He enjoys playing Roblox and Minecraft. He loves "bothering" ( his words) his sister and loves her very much. She is always giving him tips on building a cities and other things in Minecraft.
