Therapeutic Interagency ProgramSaphire is a loving girl who tries hard to do the right thing. She had limited exposure to a lot of things in her first 5 years, so has a lot of emotional and physical work to do to catch up with peers. But she has a great attitude and feels lucky to have a chance.
Saphire is such a cool girl who has been trying hard to do well at home. Unfortunately, there are placement changes coming up that will be big adjustments for her. She loves doing crafts and loves animals, and her foster mom thinks she would love to have this little purse to decorate that will have a darling stuffed dog in it, so she can have a comfort object during some of these upcoming changes.
