Evan has a lot of negative behaviors throughout the day and would like to work towards rewards. This chart would help him stay on task because it is a visual reminder of what he is working towards. Evan can place his own stickers on the chart as he completes the task and can take a look at the reward he is working towards as he places the stickers which will remind him to stay focused.
