Rafael is full of energy, and he loves playing with his siblings. He also likes to set up races with his Hot Wheels cars. He really wants this Hot Wheels track tower for Christmas because he can't wait to set up races, store his cars, and maybe win a few races against his siblings. What an awesome surprise it will be for Rafael on Christmas morning.
