TX DFPS - Harris CountyKaterra is an awesome young lady. Katerra is not new to care however she is returning to care. She loves writing poetry. She likes to help others. She volunteers during the holidays. Katerra is very vibrate and happy young lady.
Katerra is in need of a few new clothing items, specifically sweaters to stay ready for the winter. It is expected to be much colder in Texas this year than the previous years, but unfortunately, Katerra is having a very difficult time fitting into her current clothes. Her caregiver was not expecting her to go through such a growth spurt.
