Hannah is 15 y/o and enjoys listening to music, spending time with her friends, and performing with the show choir at her high school. She loves rock music and dreams of being a singer someday. She has been in foster care with her younger brother for nearly a year and has been required to move homes several times due to circumstances beyond her control. Hannah has no family to be reunified with. During and following a move to a new home, Hannah realizes her basic needs are being met, but she longs to have someone get to know her and understand her unique hopes and dreams.
