Bea is a spunky 2 y/o little girl. She has been in care since June of 2016 along with her twin sister. The girls also have an angel sister that everyone is sure is watching over them. Bea loves snuggling with her foster parents and seeks out their hugs and affection constantly. Due to some neglect before coming into care, that connection she has now is helping her heal.
