Eliya is an active girl who is very brave and very funny. She loves anything with glitter, the color pink and Frozen! She really excels at learning. Eliya is a bright child who is quick with learning letters and numbers! Before coming to foster care, Eliya was homeless for her entire life. She came to her foster home with a single Store bag of clothes that did not fit. She is continuing to work hard to adjust to her new life and is receiving so much support to help her through this time. She is a beautiful, funny and energetic little girl who loves to entertain others and loves one on one time with people. When she is not singing and dancing, she can be found playing with her puppy!
