Jeremiah will be turning two years old in December. He is the son of a teen mom who works hard to meet his needs. He is a sweet active boy. He attends daycare full time but has been slow to talk. His mom works hard to meet his needs but they get busy with the day to day tasks and is learning that play time is important too. Jeremiah loves spending time with his mother and playing.
