Joe was removed from his mom's care after medical and educational neglect to him and his siblings. He is adjusting well to his aunt's care, and still tries to do his best to help with taking care of his younger siblings. Joe is a big help in his aunt's house with keeping the house in order. He is great at cleaning, helping in the kitchen and watching the younger children.
