Willie is a young man that was placed in foster care due to neglect and substance abuse by his parents. Unfortunately, Willie has experienced a lot of change and instability in his life. He has had many moves including foster homes and group homes while in the system . Since 2013, Willie has attended 7 different high schools. Willie doesn't have many friends because of his frequent moves. In his words, "Why should I even attempt to make friends if I am going to have to move again". Willie's one outlet and prized possession was his PS4 and games which was recently stolen by other kids in his group home.
