Luis is an amazing, bright young man who has a great sense of humor and is motivated to do better for himself and have a good life. Luis has been in foster care since he was 9 years old and has pretty much had to take care of himself for most of that time. Luis now has a loving, supportive resource family who continues to encourage him to do and be everything he can and wants to be.
