Marcos is a great Kid who is about to have a birthday! He has had a really tough year. He was put into foster care last year. This will be his second birthday away from his parents and his family. Marcos has been struggling to deal with all of this emotionally. Although he has gone through so much he is still a really funny and sweet kid. He makes jokes all the time and he loves laughing and playing with his younger siblings who are also in foster care.
