Sylvia is an active little girl who just celebrated her first birthday. She is not walking yet but is very inquisitive and her teen Mommy is learning how to help her learn through play. Sylvia also loves her bath time. Sylvia and her Mom live in a group home so they do not have a lot of sensory toys or play items for bath time. She is the world to her young Mom who wants to help her grow and learn.
