Angel is a lovable almost 2 year old boy with a contagious laugh and a wonderful smile that melts your heart. He has many special needs and cannot do many things that other 2 year olds may be able to do. He is now learning how to crawl and can walk with assistance. He enjoys being read to and can turn the pages on a book on his own. He is learning a few words. Angel does not like to be near strangers but when he is with people he knows, he is very affectionate. Angel has made so many strides and continues to improve every day.
