Rose is a beautiful young girl who is living in an independent living program in Paterson, NJ. She has been in foster care since she was 13 and she now has a baby. She is focused on getting her GED , taking care of her baby and spends most of her time reading. She hopes to someday become a psychologist and also a makeup artist.
