Aaliyah is a young girl who is also a mother herself. Her young baby is in foster care. Aaliya is working her case plans and trying to get everything situated so that she can be reunified with her baby. She had improved academically this year and has been attending school regularly. Aaliyah resides with her mother and older sister.
