Carly is such a sweet girl and is always smiling. She has a great imagination and a bubbly personality. She loves to play with dolls and Barbies. Someday, Carly wants to be a teacher and a mommy. She really has come a long way since being placed in care. Despite the hard life she has had to endure, she continues to smile and find good in everything and everyone she sees.
