Aiyan has a lot of medical needs, he was abandoned by his biological mother due to his high medical needs. While he is limited in mobility and communication his Foster Mom does as much as she can to help him feel included. Aiyan loves it when others say his name, and responds to his foster mom's voice. He will smile when people talk to him. He also attends school, and the kids enjoy serving Aiyan food from the toy kitchen and interacting with him. He is a little boy with many needs but a very loving family!
