Isaiah is a fun-loving and independent young man. Isaiah wants to do things on his own, and protests often that he does not need the assistance that adults want to give him. Isaiah loves to eat and is working on using utensils and learning age appropriate skills. Isaiah recently came into care and has many behavioral and health needs this his foster family is working to address.
