Jerome C. Carr recently is attending 5th grade at a new school. Jerome enjoys engineering, computers, and video games. Jerome does not express his feelings about being in placement or witnessing his parents lose everything. Jerome's father passed away recently. Jerome always states that he is fine and does not want to express his feelings. The paternal grandfather (PGF) with whom Jerome resides stated that Jerome does not have any response towards his father passing and appears to be ok at this time. This is Jerome's second time in placement.
