Despite the challenges of a situation outside of his control, he remains cheerful, funny, helpful to his classmates and foster mom, and a hard worker in school and at his job. When asked about what he would like for Christmas, his one wish was for a laptop computer. Nyair is a very conscientious student and will be starting a new school at the end of January. He feels that a laptop will be really useful for the more complex assignments he will be given in his new school.
