Kegan is a very happy baby. Kegan smiles all the times. only time that Kegan cry is when he is wet and hungry. Kegan does have brothers that is in care but he does not live in the same home with them. Kegan came back n to foster care in October 24, 2017. Kegan loves to look at TV and listen to music with others children in the home. Kegan like to play with his toys and bears.
