Jahir is a bundle of joy that loves to play, sing the ABCs, play hide and seek, and look up to his brothers. Jahir is developmentally delayed. Jahir is in head start and is making strides to get up to speed. Jahir's family has been involved in the system for many years and Jahir is at-risk for out-of-home placement as his siblings were. Jahir's mother is trying hard to keep stability in the home and provide for her family.
