T- Andria is 13 years of age and is requesting a Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite Tablet. T-Andria is in an adoptive home with her siblings Kayla and Monashia. They have resided in the care of their grandmother for most of her life. Although the adoption is still not finalized as their birth mother desires to have them returned to their care, T-Andria and her siblings state they are content residing with their grandmother as their forever home. Their birth father has surrendered his rights to his mother, the children’s current resource parent/grandmother. T- Andria receives good grades in school. She plans to use the tablet for leisure time and school work.
