Anika resides with her paternal grandfather and her two younger siblings, Jayden and Jorelle. They have resided with their grandfather for 2 years due to substance abuse concerns with her birth mother and birth father. The plan of adoption was recently approved and both her mother and father were unable to address their substance abuse issues. Anika is a pleasant child who also receives good grades in school.
