Juliana has moved around a lot in her short life. Juliana is a happy, lovable little girl who has become very comfortable in her foster home and with her older foster sister. Juliana struggles behaviorally, however with the love and consistency she is getting from her foster parents as well as outside providers, she is now doing much better.
