We would like Bella to have success in all areas of her life, while enjoying life. Due to her neglect, being in foster care has opened so many new experiences and opportunities for her. We have already seen her language improve, as she spoke not-a-word when first in foster care. She has learned to make eye-contact with others, and can be very endearing with friends. We love hearing Bella speak, sing, and watching her hold hands or hug a friend. Bella seems eager to learn, as she copies everything we do, and focuses on new words, new story-time books, and new experiences.
