Pearl is a sweet and lovable little girl. Pearl has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. She is an amazing warrior who works hard at her therapies daily. She is learning how to smile and becoming more engaged in the world around her. She is always happy and her happiness spreads to those around her.
