Lillah aged out of care 2 years ago and had to move on her own with very little support. She has really matured and developed into a very independent and responsible young adult. She secured her own apartment which she has maintained for the last 2 years. She initially had some difficulties finding employment, but now has been working consistently in retail for the last several months. She is managing her responsibilities while also providing emotional support to her siblings. She regularly visited her younger brother and offered encouragement and positive reinforcement for his future. She recognizes how beneficial support can be even when she hasn't always had it herself.
