Jay is a wonderful child with an engaging personality. He makes friends easily and maintains relationships with friends despite moves in the foster care system. He has strong connections with his biological family and visits his mother every Sunday in a nursing home. His current foster placement is in the process of adopting him. He loves video games (perhaps too much) but will engage in outdoor activities given the opportunity. He attends a summer daycare program once school is out. His most important and stable relationship is with his older brother who resides in the same foster placement.
